Grilled Mahi Mahi with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:
4 mahi mahi fillets
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon sarachi sauce
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 green onions, thinly diced
Directions:
1. In medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients except for fillets.
2. place fillets in large ziploc bag, pour half of the mixture in. Marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, start the grill. Brush grill with olive oil and preheat to medium-high heat.
4. Grill on one side for 3-4 minutes. Flip over and grill another 3-4 minutes. Do not overcook.
5. Heat remaining sauce and use for dipping or pour over the top.
