Easy Grilled Mahi Mahi Fillets

Ingredients:
4 mahi mahi fillets
1 1/2 cups corn starch
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon unsalted lemon pepper
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl combine corn starch, salt, pepper, lemon pepper and onion powder. Mix well.
2. In another mixing bowl combine egg and milk, whisk until smooth.
3. In a large skillet pour in olive oil. Heat over medium-high heat.
4. Dip fillet in egg mixture so that it coats both sides. Then coat both sides in the corn starch mixture.
5. Place each coated fillet in hot oil. Grill 4-5 minutes each side, flipping only once.
